Dr. Danielle Hicks is co-owner and President of Leadership Science Institute, LLC. An Industrial-Organizational psychologist and executive leadership coach, she dedicates her time to the science of human behavior and workplace issues. At LSI, Dr. Hicks conducts research, creates curriculum and skill assessments, facilitates training, speaks to various audiences on workplace issues and solutions, as well as provides coaching and consulting to organizations across the nation.
Originally from Oklahoma, she relocated from Colorado and says Rockwall feels like home. A 12-year U.S. Air Force veteran, college professor, and community advocate, she has a strong sense of civic duty. She has supported local organizations and sat on several military and local city and county boards. She looks forward to learning more about the Rockwall community and where she might use her strengths. Dr. Hicks is married to Josh, they have two children.
