Shift Leader Layne's Chicken

Shift Leader - This is an entry level management position.  We have 1 location in Rockwall @ 1801 Goliad St.  We are a growing franchise and plan to have up to 4 locations by the end of 2027.
Duties:

• Mange hourly team for opening/closing shifts
• Maintain food safety and serve a quality product on every order
• Be present on the line to ensure speed & quality
• Run Breaks, ensure clock in/out procedures followed
• Ensure cash policies are followed and match at the end of the shift
• Treat team with professionalism & respect.
