Join us for an impactful Power Hour Training for Small Business designed for business owners and leaders who are ready to delegate more\, empower their teams\, and create space to focus on the bigger picture without feeling like they're losing control.\n\nBenjamin Walker and Stephan Rodriguez will lead this practical conversation\, sharing strategies and insights to help business owners build trust\, strengthen accountability\, and create systems that allow their businesses to operate effectively without requiring their involvement in every decision.\n\nThis session is ideal for entrepreneurs and business owners who are ready to move from doing everything themselves to leading with greater intention and confidence.\n\n \nBen Walker\, Lieutenant Colonel\, US Army (Retired)\, is currently the owner of Goosehead Insurance--The Walker Agency.  Prior to opening his agency\, he was selected to be the commander of the 9th Battalion\, United States Military Entrance Processing Command\, where he oversaw and managed the operations at 5 stations across Texas\, in Amarillo\, Dallas\, El Paso\, San Antonio\, and Houston.  He was responsible for the training and development of over 500 service members and civilians.  Ben has 23 years of experience in overseeing and leading progressively larger organizations here in the US\, as well as overseas operations.\n\n\n\nStephen Rodriguez\, Senior Master Sergeant\, US Air Force (Retired)\, is currently the Senior Project Manager for Clune Company and manages pre-construction logistics\, scheduling and planning\, oversees the requests for information and submitted processes and ensures compliance and timely project execution.  He previously served as the 9th Battalion Senior Enlisted Advisor\, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations at the Dallas location.  He was responsible for building efficient stations at the other four locations as well.
