Rockwall County Clerk – Thank a Veteran Program

The Rockwall County Clerk’s Thank a Veteran Program aims to honor and support Veterans by facilitating partnerships with local businesses to offer discounts. This procedure outlines the procedures for vendor participation and the responsibilities of the County Clerk’s office in administering the program.

Vendor Participation Process:

Vendors interested in supporting Veterans can create an account on the designated County Clerk’s page. Vendors will be able to access the Merchant Participation Form and Current Merchant List at https://www.rockwallcountytexas.com/1281/Thank-a-Veteran . The Merchant Participation Form allows vendors to sign up and provide discounts to Veterans. Vendors enrolling in the program will be required to specify the discount offered and agree to extend it to all Veterans presenting the County Clerk’s Issued Veterans Discount Card.
