The parade will leave the parking lot of the RISD football stadium/Aquatic Center, head north on TL Townsend Dr. past the County Jail, turn left and head west one block to S. Clark St. and then proceed under the big shade trees to the at Dobbs Elementary School.

The Fourth Annual Rockwall News 4th of July Parade
Featured in the parade will be the RHS Orange Wave Marching Band, the Sons of the American Revolution color guard, Rockwall County Sheriff's Posses on horseback, elected officials, floats from businesses and local organizations, scout troops, youth groups, clowns, animal acts, boats and old time cars!
