Texas Business Conference
The Texas Workforce Commission has let Cheryl Dunlop, Director, Administrative Services with the City of Rockwall, know about this upcoming conference that our Rockwall business partners might be interested in. Speakers will be covering state and federal legislation as well as recent legal developments and court decisions that could have an impact on their day to day operations. Other topics include: hiring and background checks, state and federal wage and hour laws, creating employee handbooks, employee privacy rights, employee medical issues, and unemployment claims and insurance.
