A former Navy SEAL, U.S. Naval Academy graduate, NFL athlete, entrepreneur, and founder of Carry The Load, Clint has spent his life leading in some of the world's most demanding environments?from the football field and battlefield to the boardroom. Inspired by the service and sacrifice of our nation's military, veterans, first responders, and their families, Clint founded Carry The Load to restore the true meaning of Memorial Day and honor those who serve and sacrifice for our freedoms.

After serving with SEAL Team FIVE and supporting counter-terrorism missions following 9/11, Clint transitioned his passion for service into building organizations that equip leaders to protect, perform, and provide for those entrusted to them. Today, through his companies and speaking engagements, Clint continues to challenge individuals and organizations to lead with courage, resilience, and purpose.
