Description
All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast at Applebee's in Rockwall. Proceeds to benefit the Rockwall County Library Reading for Adults (RFA) Program, which provides free educational classes for English as a Second Language, GED preparation, Citizenship studies and Adult literacy studies. The RFA tutors are all local volunteers, who give of their time and talents to help others in our communty.
