The speaker is Ms. Michelle Lanham of Texas Vehicle Crime Prevention.
The breakfast will be sponsored by MainStreet, Rockwall, and the Farmers Market program will be highlighted. Barbara Coleson will briefly introduce and educate our Chamber about the Farmers Market.
