Hear from Group Vice President, Social Innovation, Sean Suggs as he shares his personal journey and inspires North Texans to create and develop people-centered company cultures. 

Sean Suggs is group vice president, Social Innovation, for Toyota Motor North America (TMNA), where he is responsible for the organization’s community engagement, workforce development, inclusive mobility, and diversity and inclusion strategy. He previously served as president of Toyota’s manufacturing plant in Blue Springs, Mississippi, where he was responsible for all manufacturing and administration functions.
