Holiday Stress Luncheon with Pilates in the Park

Are you juggling a career, family, and coordinating holiday gatherings/parties? Do you feel yourself taking on stress and overindulgences? Join us Thursday, November 21 from 11 AM - 1 PM at Fate City Hall, 1900 CD Boren Parkway for a FREE Holiday Stress Luncheon with Pilates in the Park. Participants will learn about reducing stress during the holidays and healthy life choices with Dr. Indrani Raman. After a light lunch, Marie Chandler will guide us through a Pilates demonstration in the Park. Bring a friend! This event is a partnership with Texas Health Hospital Rockwall and the City of Fate.
