Learn what it takes to bridge the gap between businesses and customers using an effective marketing strategy. The seminar will help to: (1) recognize the importance of understanding of the relevant target audience or customer group; (2) become familiar with the different elements of a marketing strategy and its impact on the customer; and, (3) recognize opportunities and threats that can affect the implementation of an effective marketing strategy. There are no prerequisites for this seminar.
