Increase your understanding of the evolution of leadership thought and how leading and motivating followers is a primary function of management. The session will focus on the application of numerous leadership models and theories associated with various perspectives of leader behavior and subsequent follower outcomes, such as work motivation, satisfaction, organizational commitment, etc. There are no prerequisites for this seminar.
