Presenter: Stephanie S. Pane Haden
Gain a detailed understanding of the steps in the hiring process, how to effectively hire the best potential candidate for the position, and how to avoid some of the common mistakes made during the hiring process. Some of the specific topics that will be addressed include: (1) human resource planning; (2) recruitment; (3) selection; (4) placement; and (5) legislation that pertains to the hiring process. There are no prerequisites for this seminar.
