2:00 p.m. Weigh-In / Awards
Entry is $100 / Individual and includes a goody bag and a to-go breakfast
Rules:
6:30 a.m. – Start fishing
2:00 p.m. – Weigh-in
All current Texas fishing and boat rules shall apply. Read current rules. These are available at Wal-Mart, Academy, Bass Pro, or on line.
Each participant must have a current Texas Fishing License, unless otherwise exempt.
Tournament Limit for the CAC Big Bass Tournament: Each contestant may bring one (1) largemouth bass to weigh-in. Ray Hubbard has only Texas native largemouth bass, and Florida strain largemouth bass.
*No largemouth bass under 14” or under in length will be weighed in due to Texas Parks & Wildlife regulations for Lake Ray Hubbard.
Measuring Tips: (see measuring methods in the TP&W booklet)
1. Place the fish on its side with the jaw closed
2. Squeeze the tail fin together to obtain the maximum overall length.
It is best to use a Golden Rule or equivalent, measuring board, rather than a tape measure.
