Rockwall PAWS and the City of Rockwall will host Kaufman County Animal Awareness Project (KCAAP) for Rockwall's 2nd "BEAT THE HEAT" Cat MASH (Mobile Animal Surgical Hospital) on Friday, Feb. 8, 2013, at the Rockwall Community Center. Help save the lives of countless Kittens! Spay your female before she goes into heat and has a litter!!
