DESCRIPTION:Patriot PAWS Service Dogs is excited to announce that their Fall Service Dog Graduation will be held at the Hilton Rockwall Lakefront-Bella Harbor Ballroom on Saturday\, October 27th at 10:00 am.\n\n"We always look forward to sharing our Fall Graduation with the community\, but the event had begun to outgrow the space we have at our Rockwall Campus\," said Lori Stevens\, Founder and Executive Director of Patriot PAWS.  "Now\, with the help of our friends at the Hilton Rockwall Lakefront\, our guests will witness our veterans receiving their new service dogs against the beautiful backdrop of the Harbor at Lake Ray Hubbard."\n\nPatriot PAWS\, based in Rockwall Texas\, is a non-profit whose mission is to train and provide service dogs of the highest quality at no cost to disabled American veterans and others in order to help restore their physical and emotional independence.  Patriot PAWS is one of only four Texas-based service dog organizations accredited by Assistance Dogs International.  Since its inception in 2006\, Patriot PAWS has placed 192 dogs in over 30 states across the U.S.\n\n"There is no way that we could do what we do without the support of our community\," Stevens said.  "We hope that all of our community supporters and volunteers can join us at the Hilton Rockwall on October 27th to honor these brave veterans and celebrate the amazing dogs who will provide them with life-changing service and friendship."\n\nThe service dogs that will be graduating with their veterans have received extensive training at Patriot PAWS since they were 8-10 weeks old.  During their 2-2   years at Patriot PAWS\, they are trained at Patriot PAWS' Texas Department of Criminal Justice Inmate Trainer Program\, Texas A&M Aggieland Puppy Raiser Program\, Dallas-Fort Worth Puppy Raiser Program and at Patriot PAWS' main campus in Rockwall\, Texas.\n\nThe Patriot PAWS Fall Graduation is generously sponsored by Sierra Delta\, The Service Dog Network for Veterans.  An official Program of Nantucket Holidays for Heroes\, Sierra Delta is working to create a national network that provides connectivity between veterans\, accredited service dog providers\, and benevolent supporters.\n\nThe Patriot PAWS 2018 Fall Graduation Celebration is open to the public.
